Established by Gregory and Paula Mitchell in 2007, the company collectively has a billing, collections and claims knowledge spanning 25 years. This company brings to the industry new meaning to EMS billing and collections; to set a standard for the industry in the highest regard, by providing the clients we serve with the best quality of billing and collections available. Gregory Mitchell /co-founder, began his EMS endeavor in 1992. After becoming an emergency medical techinician (EMT) in 1994, he soon became heavily involved in the system. In 1998 Gregory began his Health Insurance career. Excelling in every aspect of the Health Insurance industry, Gregory brings his vast experience of over 10 years with EMS and the health insurance industry to Connecticut EMS Billing & Collections LLC. Paula Mitchell /co-founder, began her career in the healthcare industry in 1991 working as a medical biller. She later moved to collections in 1993 and has since managed collections for two major healthcare organizations.
